Refund policy
Refunds: We really hope that you love your 100 Acres order. However, if you change your mind for any reason, we offer free returns meaning you may return your item in its original condition* for a refund, provided you contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Unfortunately we cannot accept requests for refunds beyond 14 days.
To do start a refund, please email us on customercare@100acres.co.uk where we will guide you through our returns process. Once we receive the items back, you will be entitled to a refund.
Returned orders outside of the UK mainland may occur an extra return fee due to courier costs however we will ensure this is made clear to you before your refund is processed.
Please kindly note we can only refund to the initial payment method used.
In the parcel with your returned products, please kindly enclose the following details:
- Your name
- Your Address
- Your order number
- Reason for return
*Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the item, and the item has not been opened, used or damaged in any way.
Exchanges: Please note that we cannot accept exchanges. Instead we would suggest that your initial order is returned and refunded as per the above, and that you then place another order with the other items that you would like.
Cancellations: Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders once placed, as our warehouse team work very quickly. If you would still like to cancel your order once you have received it - which is essentially a refund - please contact us on customercare@100acres.co.uk to start the process.
Damaged or incorrect orders: If you are returning items due to them being damaged in shipping, incorrect or you are not happy with the products we will be more than happy to process this as a refund upon provision of photo and/or video evidence. Alternatively you may decide to take alternative products up to the initial value of your order. Please contact us on customercare@100acres.co.uk to start the process.
Gift returns: We are only able to process returns and refunds with the original purchaser of the goods as refunds will be processed to this purchaser’s credit/debit card. If you are unhappy with your gift, please inform the original purchaser so that they can return the gift to us for a replacement item of the same value or full refund.
This returns & refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.
