Where can I find 100 Acres?

Other than our website, you can find 100 Acres in a select number of high-end retailers, boutiques and luxury farmshops, along with online retailers such as Bath & Unwind.

We also supply our products to a handful of carefully selected high-end hotels and restaurants, so you might see us there too.

Can 100 Acres products be used whilst pregnant? 

All of our products contain essential oils. Some people choose to avoid essential oils while pregnant, whereas others choose to include them in their pregnancy journey. We recommend doing your own research and/or consulting a medical professional if unsure.

Are 100 Acres products tested on animals?

We never test any of our products on animals. All of our products are vegan, other than our conditioner which contains a small amount of honey extract. 

What are your candles made from?

Our hand-poured candles are made from a blend of sustainably sourced soy and rapeseed wax, infused with our exquisite fragrances, that again are made with 100% natural ingredients such as rich essential oils and botanical extracts.

I have just placed my order and need to change the delivery address - can you help?

If you would like to change your delivery address, please email us on ellea@100acres.co.uk as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do absolutely all we can to assist you as quickly as possible.

However, please note that there is no guarantee that we will be able to change the delivery address - not only do we use a next day courier by default, but our warehouse team are also incredibly efficient and may have dispatched your order by the time we get to your email (while we try to respond to all emails within 1 working day, due to the sheer volume of emails we receive, on some occasions it may be more like 2-3 days).

Please note that responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at the time of placing the order lies solely with the customer, and while we will do all we can to help, changing the delivery address may incur a second delivery charge of £5.95.

Do your prices include VAT? 

Yes, our product prices are inclusive of VAT.

All of our wholesale pricing and wholesale products are also listed inclusive of VAT. A VAT breakdown can be seen on the final checkout success screen, and also in the order confirmation email.
